Ingredients: 50ml Trois Rivières Dore Rum
10ml Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky (or any Islay Single Malt as alternative)
15ml lime juice
15ml Trois Rivières sugar cane syrup
5ml Marachino liqueur
Method: Rinse the martini glass with the whisky. Shake all other ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled glass.
Garnish: Orange zest
 

 

 


Daiquiri
Glass:   Martini

Ingredients: 50ml Diplomatico Blanco Rum
20ml fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish: Lime zest twist
 

 

 

 

 


French Passion
Glass:   Champagne flute

 

 

Sparkle
Ingredients: 35ml Trois Rivières Blanc Rum
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Trois Rivières sugar cane syrup
15ml passion fruit puree or half a passion fruit
Top with Champagne
Method: Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into a pre-chilled Flute. Top up with champagne.

Good Old Fashioned Reserve
Glass:   Old Fashioned

 

 

Good Old Fashioned Reserve
Ingredients: 50ml Diplomatico Reserva Rum
Half bar spoon of honey
3 dashes of Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters
5ml Maraschino liqueur
Method: Add all ingredients and stir for at least three minutes. The Diplomatico can be added in two measures to help dilution.
Garnish: Orange zest

Ingredients: 50ml Diplomatico Reserva Rum
Top with Ginger Beer
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method: Pour the rum into the glass, add cubed ice, top up with ginger beer. Finish with bitters and stir.

20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml agave syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
Ginger beer
Method: Pour all ingredients into a Mixing glass, add cubed ice and stir. Strain into Old Fashioned glass.

2 bar spoons Trois Rivières cane syrup
1 wedge fresh lime
Method: Stir ingredients in rocks glass over ice , add juice from fresh lime.

30ml fresh lime juice
20ml agave syrup
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass.
