Trois Rivières Dore Rum

Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky (or any Islay Single Malt as alternative)

Method:
Rinse the martini glass with the whisky. Shake all other ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled glass.

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Method:

Method:
Cut lime into quarters squeeze into glass with sugar and muddle. Fill glass with crushed ice and add Beija-Flor pura. Stir and add syrup to taste.

Method:
Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into a pre-chilled Flute. Top up with champagne.

Add all ingredients and stir for at least three minutes. The Diplomatico can be added in two measures to help dilution.

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and double strain. Float cream on top.
