Blackberry Reserve
Ingredients: 50ml Banks VXO Rum
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml vanilla syrup
2 muddled blackberries
Method: Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and strain. Serve over crushed ice.

Vanilla Daiquiri

Vanilla Daiquiri
Ingredients: 50ml Banks XM Royal 10YO Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
20ml vanilla syrup
Method: Shake all ingredients in a Shaker filled with ice, and double strain into chilled Martini glass.
Garnish: Lime wheel
