Ingredients: 50ml Trois Rivières Dore Rum
10ml Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky (or any Islay Single Malt as alternative)
15ml lime juice
15ml Trois Rivières sugar cane syrup
5ml Marachino liqueur
Method: Rinse the martini glass with the whisky. Shake all other ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled glass.
Garnish: Orange zest
 

 

 


French Passion
Glass:   Champagne flute

 

 

Sparkle
Ingredients: 35ml Trois Rivières Blanc Rum
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Trois Rivières sugar cane syrup
15ml passion fruit puree or half a passion fruit
Top with Champagne
Method: Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into a pre-chilled Flute. Top up with champagne.

2 bar spoons Trois Rivières cane syrup
1 wedge fresh lime
Method: Stir ingredients in rocks glass over ice , add juice from fresh lime.
Garnish: Squeezed limes
